Viu Manent Winery
Viu Manent was founded in 1935 by the Viu Family. In 1966 Miguel Viu Manent fulfilled his long-time dream of making his own wines when he acquired the Hacienda San Carlos de Cunaco in Colchagua. This traditional estate included 150 hectares of vineyards planted to pre-phylloxera vines, as well as a winery and manor house.
For more than 75 years Viu Manent has been dedicated to the winemaking craft and they have continued to demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence and the quality of their wines making them a leading producer of fine wines from Chile.
Their visitor center “La Llavería” is open throughout the year along with a bilingual staff to help you learn, have fun, taste wine and simply enjoy the experience.
Rayuela Wine and Grill Restaurant is charming and welcoming with lovely views of of the vineyards and equestrian field. The menu has a nice offering of grilled meats, fish and salads combined with a variety of side dishes of your choosing.
If you are just interested in a lighter fare (sandwiches, pastries, coffee) you can visit the Winery Cafe.
