Why travel to Chile?
Chile is a stunning country with such natural beauty from the north to the south. The central wine region is just one reason to visit, however, Chile was awarded one the world’s leading destinations in ‘Adventure Tourism.’
Is it too soon to start planning a trip to Chile?
It’s never to soon to start thinking about traveling to Chile and if you would like, we would be happy to send you a proposed itinerary to give you some ideas on how you can spend a few days enjoying wine country.
What is required to book a reservation with you?
To secure a reservation with us, we would only require a non-refundable deposit of $25 US Dollars which will cover the administrative costs for planning and securing all of the reservations in your itinerary.
When do I need to pay the full amount?
The full amount for transportation, tours, and activities needs to be paid 2 weeks before your scheduled visit. Should any third party (e.g a winery, restaurant, lodging) require a deposit during the reservation process, you will be subject to their cancellation policy.
How far in advance should I book a trip with you?
We expect that many wineries and restaurants will limit how many people they accept, so we recommend that you book your trip at least 4 weeks in advance.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We will provide a full refund for cancellations made before your visit. Should any third party (e.g a winery, restaurant, lodging) require a deposit during the reservation process, you will be subject to their cancellation/ refund policy.
Is the transportation private?
All of our transportation services are private. Also, all vehicles are sanitized before each service.
Do you offer transportation from and to Santiago International Airport?
We provide private transportation from and to Santiago International Airport and throughout the central region
